This page includes our general conditions. These conditions apply to all our transactions. If you have any questions about these conditions,

These general conditions are registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam.
1. General
The following delivery- and payment conditions apply to all our items:
1-1 Items can be reserved for 7 days maximum. If no payment is received after this period, the reservation will be cancelled and the reserved
item will be put back in the shop.
1-2 The sale of an item is confirmed after acceptance of the order and the confirmation of the order to the customer by email. The order confirmation
is also the invoice.
1-3 Dutch law is applicable to all agreements and disputes between parties.
1-4 Because the colors of shown items are dependent on monitor preferences, color differences cannot be excluded.
1-5 An ordered item can be sold in our shop in Landsmeer, The Netherlands, before an order is received by us. In which case the retailer is obliged
to adjust the order and inform the customer asap. See also 6-3.
2. Price
2-1 All mentioned prices are in Euro's and including VAT.
2-2 Ollie & Bommel is not responsible for typing-, or print errors whereby prices are unintentionally given incorrectly. In these cases Ollie
& Bommel will adjust the price accordingly.
3. Payments
3-1 An order confirmation will be sent by email by Ollie & Bommel after receiving your order. This order confirmation includes the total
costs of your order including shipment. Foreign payments can be done by:
- Money transfer by bank. The payment details are in the order confirmation.
- Paypal. We will send you a Paypal invoice after we have checked if ordered items are in stock in our shop.
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after receivement of your payment. We strive to post items within 3 working days after receiving
payment.
4. Shipping costs
4-1 Standard shipping costs in The Netherlands are Euro 0,00 for all orders. For all other items (books, toys and discounted clothes) these are recalculated
to the realistic costs according to the latest rates of TNT Post.
4-2 Outside the Netherlands all shipping costs will be paid by the customer regardless of the order size.
4-3 If wanted the customer can choose for insured shipping of the items. Costs are Euro 7,25. Ollie & Bommel is not responsible for damage
or loss of packages during transport by TPG-Post, unless shipped insured.
4-4 Shipping costs include package material and transport costs to the post office.
5. Cancellation
5-1 Orders can be cancelled within 7 days by email only.
5-2 Ollie & Bommel can cancel or refuse any order without mentioning the reason.
5-3 If an order is not cancelled within the 7 days notice (see 5-1) the order must be paid for. Ollie & Bommel is allowed to charge reservation
costs, if a customer cancels an order outside the 7 day notice period.
6. Delivery
6-1 All items will be shipped by TPG-post within 3 working days after the invoice payment is received on the bank account, see 3.
6-2 If delivery time of items is more than 3 days, Ollie & Bommel will notice the customer by email. The maximum delivery date is 30 days.
If Ollie & Bommel cannot deliver within this period, the customer can cancel the order without incurring costs.
6-3 If any items are out of stock the customer will be notified by email. The customer can cancel the order or order another item instead.
6-4 Shippings occurs under the terms of AVG–voorwaarden (Algemene voorwaarden voor Goederenvervoer van TPG-post)
6-5 All sales actions are valid until the mentioned date, but can be ended sooner by Ollie & Bommel. An offer is valid until the item is out
of stock.
7. Complaints and returns policy
After the customer receives the ordered items, (s)he can decide to return it within 7 working days after the shipping date. This is only possible
when Ollie & Bommel receive an announcement of the return by email or phone. After Ollie & Bommel receives the return shipment, the order amount will be paid back excluding shipping costs within 10 days. Transfer
costs will be paid by the customer. Returning is not possible if:
- garments are worn and/or washed;
- the customer tried to fix damage on garments himself;
- The customer is responsible for the return shipment. Ollie & Bommel trusts the customer to send items back in the same way they were received. Shipping costs will under no circumstances be paid by Ollie & Bommel.
- if the garment was in the sale;
- Complaints about items or delivery must be received by Ollie & Bommel within 5 days after delivery per e-mail at info@ollieenbommel.nl
. Ollie & Bommel will contact the customer to discuss the complaints and to take actions if needed.
- Shipping costs for returned items will always be paid fully by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for the items until they are delivered back to Ollie & Bommel.
8. Responsibility
8-1 Ollie & Bommel is not responsible for any damage, directly or indirectly, which occurred after delivery of our items, to customer, family mebers
or belongings of the customer, to third persons or items of third persons. Specifically Ollie & Bommel is not responsible for lost or damaged
items after shipping.
8-2 In case Ollie & Bommel is responsible for any damage, the responsibility can not be more than the maximum order amount and never more than Euro 1.000
in total.
8-3 Ollie & Bommel is not responsible for temporary unavailability of www.ollieenbommel.nl and for technical or electronic failures of the website.
9. Privacy policy
9-1 All personal customer data will exclusively be used by Ollie & Bommel and never be sold or passed to third parties, unless needed for shipment
of payment transactions.
9-2 Personal customer data is stored in the off-line customer database of Ollie & Bommel, and solely used for specific actions by our shop.
9-3 If a person wishes to be deleted from our database, a request can be mailed to info@ollieenbommel.nl.
9-4 The custome has the right to ask for his/her customer data. Requests can e mailed toinfo@ollieenbommel.nl.
